• How many guests can you fit for an adult party?  
    We can accommodate up to 60 guests.

  • How many guests can you seat for a children’s party?
    We can accommodate up to 25 children

  • What is the minimum guest count for a weekend?

       All weekend parties are private events for up to 10 guests, with an additional fee for extra guests. 

       If we have an opening 

  • Can I bring my own decorations?

        Private Event: No outside decorations are allowed as it conflicts with our service offerings, but we can work with you to create a     custom theme or "mini theme" to suit your vision for the event. You may bring your own party favors to put a personal touch on your event.

       Venue Rental: Yes, you may bring your own food and decor

  • Can I bring an activity to play?

        Yes, you may bring your own games, if you would like to bring a DIY activity (onesie station, build a bear station, etc.),

              requiring a table, we will prepare a small table for $25 for large table for $50. Items should be dropped off beforehand so we can               set up before your arrival. Fee includes set up and breakdown.

  • Can I bring my own food?​​

       We do not allow outside food, but we can work with you to add specialty items to your menu and have them ready upon your                          arrival. You may bring your own cake.

  • How many photos do I get and how do I receive them?
    Photos are taken throughout the party by your hostess and delivered via Shutterfly photo viewing gallery usually within a week of your party. We usually deliver a minimum of 15 photos, often times its much more. However, we are not professional                           photographers, but if you’d like one for your party we have some great recommendations!

  • What flavors of tea do you serve?
    Typically we serve two types of tea, Paris (a black tea with floral and vanilla notes) and Peach Decaf. We do have other teas available;           if you’d prefer to have a different tea please let us know in advance. 



  • Every half hour before or after 2 hours is an additional $100.

  • We do not allow outside food or decor, but you may bring your own cake and party favors!

  • As a courtesy and to avoid an additional fee, please do not ask guests to arrive earlier than your scheduled time.

  • Our doors open 10 minutes prior to your scheduled event for you to bring your cake and set up your favors if you choose to bring them. If you want to drop off items during the week there is a $50 storage fee.

  • Parents are welcome to stay in the living room area during children's parties; however, a $100 service fee will be applied for 20 or more parents.

  • If all of your guests do not attend, we charge for the amount of guests that are confirmed the day before the party.

  • Please inform us if someone in your party suffers from any food allergies

  • For the safety of your children, our bathtub with bubbles is removed during kids’ parties.
